Liberty Designs LLC Limited Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Liberty Designs LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as SureAngle, warrants its sharpening systems, parabolic rod guides, and diamond hones free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper use, normal wear and tear, knives damaged during sharpening, or any injury.

Assumption of Risk and Release: Knife sharpening involves inherently dangerous activities with sharp blades that carry significant risks of serious cuts, lacerations, bodily injury, property damage, or other harm — even when used carefully. These risks exist regardless of any guidance, instructions, videos, or recommendations provided by Liberty Designs LLC. By purchasing or using our products, you expressly acknowledge and understand these risks, voluntarily assume full and complete responsibility for any harm, damage, or loss that may occur, and agree that you are using the product entirely at your own risk.

You release Liberty Designs LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from the purchase or use of our products, including claims based on alleged negligence, defective instructions, or any other theory of liability.

You further agree to indemnify and hold Liberty Designs LLC harmless from any claims, lawsuits, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) related to your use of the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This document is governed by Florida law.
