SAM-4 Sure Angle Parabolic Sharpener - Bring Your Own Printer (BYOP)

Purchase our STL Files and print your own sharpener!   Please check our store for hardware kit, hones, etc.  Our sharpener is printed in a special blend of toughened PTEG and has an excellent tensil and impact strength.  Please print with four walls, at leaset 15% infill and gyroid for the best strength. We recommend at 8 walls and 15-20% gyroid infill for the clamp.  Use a premium Dry PETG like Polymaker Advanced at 260c.

All parts print without support. Folding Version: Assembly requires 5-M6x14 screws and nuts, 2-M6x14 screws and nuts.  Non Folding Version: Assembly requires 3-M6x14 screws and nuts, 4-M6x14 screws and nuts.  Both versions require: one 3mm diameter rod, bent to a right angle at one right angle. Rod dimensions are 3mm x 190mm x 25mm.  (Lansky(R) Rods are this size as well) and a stainless steel spring .75" long x .3"od x.218"id, .041 wire, McMaster Carr Part: 9657K287.     You may purchase our hone kits or use a hone 160x23.8.25mm approx, similar to Ruixin or Sytool hones.
